Dr. Eckley is the 7th chiropractor I've tried, and as long as I don't move hours away, he is going to be the one I stick with. Besides being a stellar chiropractor, he has helped with my digestion and thyroid issues.
One of my favorite attributes for Dr. Eckley is that he trusts me to know my own body. I realize not every patient is as sensitive, but I am used to doctors who think I cannot know myself. When I am on the adjusting table I will be thinking I have a specific pain somewhere and before I can even say anything Dr. Eckley adjusts just that spot. During allergy season, his adjustments on my face reduce my symptoms and I have managed to take far less medicine as a result. My adjustments are almost exclusively done with the Activator Method, but I appreciate that Dr. Eckley is very skilled at making manual adjustments when I occasionally request them. He has also taught me stretches that allow me to adjust myself when necessary in between visits, and I've gone from taking Ibuprofen daily to monthly at most.
One of the most frustrating issues I've had is management of my hypothyroidism. Doctors have told me to "just deal with it and take the medicine" no matter how many ill side effects I was having. One day I opened up about this to Dr. Eckley. He suggested nutritional enzyme therapy. This along with slight modifications to my diet have greatly enhanced my quality of life. I did not even realize that the constipation and heartburn problems I had could be helped with anything other than "after the fact" medicines. I just accepted these issues as normal, as they run in my family. But since I've started taking nutritional enzymes neither is an issue for me anymore. With enzyme support I have more energy - something universally coveted among those with hypothyroidism. This allowed me enough energy to stay on track with an exercise program, and I am in much better shape now than before I started the enzyme regimen.
When no one else was able to give me answers, Dr. Eckley found a way to help me and I will always be grateful for that. I can wholeheartedly recommend him with zero reservations.

The bones in my back were sore. My neck was giving me problems. After Dr. Eckley's care, now I feel good. I really do feel good. I feel a lot better. I like Dr. Eckley's care with the Activator Method because it's gentle and I don't hurt afterwords.

In 2009 I had major surgery on my digestive system. The doctors prescribed Prilosec "for the rest of my life". I felt sick most of the time when taking it. Dr. Eckley created a wellness routine that enabled me to stop taking Prilosec and I now feel the best since my operation.

I started seeing Dr. Eckley 3 years ago. At that time I was experiencing chronic headaches. Since then I have experienced a significant improvement. I have gone from 2-3 headaches a week to an occasional one every so often. The difference is amazing and has really helped my quality of life.
Dr. Eckley is genuinely concerned about your well being. He takes the necessary time for each appointment, making sure all questions and concerns have been addressed.
I will continue to see Dr. Eckley to maintain my current quality of life. Being virtually headache free is an amazing thing.

Summer of 2009 I was playing with the kids in the pool and I went under water with my eyes closed. I went to come up underneath the kids on the tube and I ran my forehead into the tube jamming my head backwards and causing injury to the back of my neck. I had seen another chiropractor but it didn't seem to help. My pain was getting worse and seemed to be going down into my shoulders and back. This is when I came to see Dr. Eckley and his magic Activator. Right away I noticed a change in my alignment and the pain in my neck was decreasing. Not long after, my pain subsided.
I highly recommend Dr. Eckley and his office staff to all my friends and family and anyone that is having problems. The Activator is modern technology that is amazing and has not had much exposure. There is no pain or side effects from an adjustment with this tool.
My daughter is also being seen by Dr. Eckley for headaches and curvature of the spine. Her headaches are less and she seems to be doing well from Dr. Eckley's care.
This is a great family oriented practice and we recommend it to everyone to try it.

So many horror stories have been told throughout the years about chiropractic care, that I was just not a believer, not to mention, it actually frightened me!!! That was true until I met Dr. Eckley!! He has been a real life saver for me!! I was having major back and hip pain due to running and exercising. For the pat 2 years I have been a regular patient and I can truly say that I have been virtually pain free. I will forever be thankful for the time that he has taken with me. Over the last 25 years, I have seen at least 15 different chiropractors. The Activator has proven to be far superior to manual manipulation... Dr. Eckley is truly my hero......I have been seeing chiropractors for many years with no results other than to manage the pain. My life was not normal, I was restricted on most physical activities and some days could barely walk due to my back and hip problem. I started seeing Dr. Eckley nine months ago, I'm now working out in the gym, riding horses, and living life again. In the past I have had difficulty with my back and neck. There would be times when my back would go out and I would be in terrible pain. Since coming to Dr. Eckley for adjustments, I have felt so much better.
If you're looking for relief, Dr. Paul Eckley, is my recommendation. Dr. Eckley will listen to you and find out your concerns. Then, he will make a determination regarding your described condition, explain the condition and what methods he will perform. When I first began treatment with Dr. Eckley, I was suffering from lower back pain. Dr. Eckley's Activator method corrected a misaligned vertebra issue. Since then, Dr. Eckley has helped to correct a tailbone issue as well as a strained hip ligament. I feel good!
